March 2014.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>So what is the Heineken Regatta 2014? \u00a0It is a regatta held on the island of Sint Maarten and hosted by The Sint Maarten Yacht Club. \u00a0This year the club will play\u00a0host to more than 32 countries and around 200 entries. \u00a0This makes it one of the largest regattas in the Caribbean. \u00a0The regatta is open to the following classes:\u00a0Spinnaker;\u00a0Non-Spinnaker;\u00a0Bareboat;\u00a0Multihull;\u00a0Gunboat and\u00a0Open Class.<\/p>\n<p>No Caribbean Regatta would be the same without the after-sailing parties and social gatherings and the Heineken Regatta 2014 will be no exception. \u00a0The parties are legendary and visitors and sailors alike will cram the island of Sint Maarten to hear steel drums, Soca
