The Bear Grylls EPIC fitness sessions will be held on the beach throughout the course of the show. \u00a0These sessions are designed and inspired by adventurer Bear Grylls to change the way that you think about exercise. The BG Epic training sessions are suitable for all ages and fitness levels of the visitor, and are held by fully qualified, experienced and insured fitness instructors. \u00a0So why not come along and try out this new and effective way to get fit on the stunning beach at Pwllheli.<\/p>\n<p>Come along to see the <a title=\"newfoundland friends\" href=\"http:\/\/www.newfoundfriends.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Newfound Friends<\/a> at the All Wales Boat Show 2015, and watch these talented rescue dogs in action.<br \/>\nNewfound Friends is a charitable organisation, founded with the aim of raising money for children\u2019s charities using the wonderful skills of the Newfoundland dog. \u00a0They have raised millions of pounds for a wide range of charities since their start in 1989.
