{"id":6481,"date":"2020-01-31T23:17:25","date_gmt":"2020-01-31T23:17:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lovesail.com\/ls-news\/?p=6481"},"modified":"2025-02-07T15:11:54","modified_gmt":"2025-02-07T15:11:54","slug":"single-on-valentines-day","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lovesail.com\/ls-news\/single-on-valentines-day\/","title":{"rendered":"Single on Valentine&#8217;s Day?"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ideas for a solo Valentine&#8217;s Day<\/h2>\n<p>Love it or loathe it Valentine&#8217;s Day will soon be upon us again.\u00a0 It may just pass by without you giving it a second thought or it may hang around and remind you of your single status and wanting to find your soulmate. <!--more--> Whatever you may feel about the day, if you find yourself single on Valentines Day then here are a few ideas to make it a day to remember.\u00a0 Valentine&#8217;s Day is a great excuse to get out and do something you enjoy with friends or family that you love.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Hang out with family or friends &#8211; This Valentine&#8217;s day falls on a Friday so why not plan a dinner inviting family and\/or friends around.\u00a0 Here are some <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbcgoodfood.com\/recipes\/collection\/valentines-day-recipes\">Valentine Day Recipes <\/a>if you&#8217;re not much of a Mary Berry\/Gordon Ramsey!\u00a0 Not a party person?\u00a0 Then maybe a trip to the cinema with other single friends.\u00a0 This is my favourite way to spend Valentine&#8217;s Day (even if I&#8217;m not single).\u00a0 I have my eye on Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy (release date 13th February). Renee Zellweger returns to play the hapless Bridget Jones, in her fourth big-screen outing.\u00a0 Love Hurts release date 7th February starring Ke Huy Quan from Everything Everywhere All At Once.
