25 years in RI and Maine. Cruised extensively in Narraganset Bay and S. New England Islands and from Casco Bay up to Bar Harbor. After a 20 year hiatus from sailing and job change from NH to FL., I’m excited to have purchased a beautiful and well cared for Sabre 36 late last Summer and she’ll be docked in Portland, ME.
Intercostal passages as crew included Norfolk to Charleston to Marathon,Fl., and an offshore passage from Ft. Lauderdale to Charleston on a Mercer 44.
I’ve owned 4 previous boats including a Cal 21, Bristol 24, Columbia 36 and Nauticat 36 pilothouse ketch. - Sailing Qualifications:
