Friends call me mermaid. I feel like I have the ocean in my blood and I love the beach. Perhaps coming from the world’s largest island might have something to do with it. Sunsets, moonlight reflecting on the water, the smell of salt in the air, falling asleep to the sound of waves. Waking to sunshine and fun experiences, the healthy minerals in the sea water and negative ions make me feel alive and free.

I love travel, the experience of living in different places and meeting local people. I am Australian and moved from a city life to spend time living a sustainable self-sufficient lifestyle near the Great Barrier Reef and World Heritage Rainforest. I have lived in many parts of the world, although I prefer warmer climates, and am currently living in Miami Beach.

I have a healthy lifestyle and love cooking organic and fresh food. I can’t wait to share dishes from all parts of the world with you. I am curious, playful, a deep thinker, considerate of others, easygoing and not afraid of hard work. I love learning new things, challenging myself, and having a good one-on-one conversation.
