Some say sportive, others would say okay, slim, but not hungry, devoted to sail. In my Job it‘s all about giving a great show, but on sea, there is not much of that, the sea is not an audience. There is not much of a difference between a good team in both worlds and both worlds use the word performance. But there is in good times a comfort, when I lie in my bunk, listening, sleeping a short time, wich would never happen like this in a theater.
I believe mixed crews are, like in my job, often better and saver.
