About Me:: Have sailed since a toddler with my parents and continued as a yachtie , then moved as a captain on commercial vessels migrated to offshore vessels and returned to yachting with emphasis on cruising under sail .
Have a few thousand miles under the keel and intending to,put a few more , if at all possible with or without like minded company .
Sailing Experience:: Owned different yachts since late sixties and have recently done a double Atlantic crossing with a traditional,schooner , participated in 2017 In the Tall Ships Races , and actually cruising on a ketch in the East Med during the summer season while based in Cyprus .
Sailing Qualifications:: Master Mariner QBE
Nautical Miles Logged:: A few tens of thousands , both as a professional mariner or as a yachtie
