I'm fit, funny and good company and come alive when the sails fill. But also love the tranquility of a small sheltered bay, a swim and a cooling G&T. Heaven!
- Sailing Experience:
- I bought my current yacht, a Discovery 55, in 2016. I sailed from the UK to Majorca then across to the Caribbean for a season. Sailed back to Gibraltar via the Azores and after tossing a coin chose Croatia as my next destination. Then in September 2018 I headed for Turkey and I am still there. I avoid marinas where possible, much prefer on the hook in a quiet bay and with a water maker and generator et al am pretty self sufficient. I'll probably cruise around Turkey and Greece in 2020 and then maybe back across the Atlantic later in the year to circumnavigate.
