Hi, I grew up in Minneapolis. Immigrated to Denmark at age 22-30, was a RN then OT, as well as tennis pro and clay court tournament player;) Returned to USA at 30, was a preschool teacher, where my gift of play came to light so I got my Master's in Counseling. I am now a licenced therapist in private practice, as welll as a Yoga practicioner. I will also complete my PhD in Health Psychology by 2024. Every winter, the past 7 years I retreat in Costa Rica for a few weeks. As a single female boat owner, it is very hard to find crew or a single male that wants to sail...then I found this site!

Learned scow sailing on the lakes of Mpls at age 15. As an adult, I skippered races on bigger lakes and the biggest of them all- Lake Superior, on a 40ft. for 15 years. I love to drive, especially as I am competitive by nature;) Sailing at night is my real joy...and sleeping on boats...zzz... Sailing in the blue waters of the BVI, Carribean islands, Thailand and Costa Rica has been great. The past 10 years I have owned a Freedom 21 in RI.
