Architect but not architecting any more! Instead am spending time on all sorts of lovely things, including sailing. I have a share in a Bavaria 37 in Port Solent Portsmouth, usually sailing around/across the Channel. I've also joined trips going further afield, and would love to do a bit more of that. Am used to mucking in with whoever else happens to be on board; it would be a pleasure to meet new smiling faces, share experience(s), interesting trips and explore a little of the unknown - and the unpredictable..
- Sailing Experience:
- Total of about 16-17,000nm over about 15 years; Yachtmaster Offshore and YM Ocean. I started teaching Shorebased Day Skipper a year or two ago which is good fun. Besides sailing my own (shared) boat out of Port Solent I have also joined deliveries to more far-flung places eg. Bermuda; Azores; Canaries; Med; North Sea.
