About Me:: Hello everyone, Im Rene living in Utah originally from Puerto Rico. Once my ski season ends here I will be going to the Virgin Islands to find my new adventure. Planning on purchasing a sail boat come March. Very excited for this adventure. Started reading some books and if anyone has any suggestions please feel eager to share your advice and knowledge. Looking forward to meeting new people and getting to meet and know new friends with a similar thirst fore life and adventures.
Sailing Experience:: I'm most familiar with yachts for I used to spend my summers on a 54' Viking cruising around the US & BVI during my childhood and teenage years with my grandfather and family. As far as sailing goes my learning came from while sailing on the Charles River in Boston during the summers. Mostly sailed on lasers and sailfish. I love everything about the ocean and being on the water. Rough seas and high winds are very exhilarating for me. Put me on a sailboat and my smile while never leave.
Sailing Qualifications:: I don't have any sailing certifications just experience.
