Happy, relaxed smiley sort of person with many interests and aspects to my life including sailing. Currently working in the wine trade, so possibly a little hedonistic, but don't want to work forever. I try to find time to sail the south coast as much as possible. Happy exploring the Solent to Cornwall, but love a bit of Scotland for wilder exploring. Would love to sail more, but basically anything on or near the sea is my kind of fun. But I really don't like shouty people on boats, sailing is far more fun with cooperation and laughter than shouting and commands.

Sailing Experience:

Been sailing only for 6 years but have logged around 1800 miles. Happy crewing, helming or skippering and love a bit of nav. Also brilliant at wielding the corkscrew, putting nosh together and generally fettling about on a boat. Have mostly sailed on Halberg Rassy 34 and 36 on the Solent with a bit of Med and Western Isles and occasional racing of the HRs in the Solent, but its the fun not the winning that's most important.

Sailing Qualifications:

Due to complete RYA Yachtmaster Coastal in the spring.
Day Skipper and Powerboat 2 in the bag
