I've lived in Alaska for thirty-some years. Last year I took my new-to-me PY26 from Detroit to Kingston NY, and am looking to head farther afield. Part time for a couple of years, then..?
I'm looking for someone with all the usual qualities--funny, smart, cute, honest... Also, someone who wants to travel. Caribbean, then...Idunno. Ireland? Mozambique? Rio? Somewhere with a coast.
Sailing experience is cool, but worth far less than the value of You. The ability to enjoy being self-sufficient and somewhat mechanically inclined is a plus: Can you (learn to) control a boat and go back for me if I fall overboard? If you wanted to?
Humor and attitude is a lot--Can you see the good or funny side of troubles?
I, also, have all of the usual wonderful qualities. And I'm fairly handy, easy-going, polite. I don't usually curse when something breaks (although I might from time to time during repairs). I like romance, laughter, and might offer a foot massage if you are down. Hints will sometimes go over my head. That's what 2 x 4's are for :) *bonk* --"Oh, yeah, I get it!"
I've done some cool stuff in my life, this is next. I've had some loves in my life, and we've parted friends.
