My sailing career started on coaster and containerships, which took me all around the world. Here I became AB-sailor , stewardess, chef and radio-operator.
Then I went to sailing on traditional charter sailing vessels , on the wadden sea in the Netherlands. This sea is a world heritage site and is very challenging to navigate whilst it has strong tides and loads of sandbanks.
With different classic tall ships I crossed the atlantic several times and visiting the nice Caribe islands ....
With a yacht I sailed from Cuba to Acores.
