I'm looking to meet someone who shares a dream of owning a boat, sailing on her as much as possible and even living aboard partly or fully. I have a sense of adventure, so am open to the idea of bold plans and big challenges.

My friends say I'm a kind person, smart and caring. I have a curiosity for new ideas and information, so I love to read, watch and experience things.

I have a typical British sarcasm ;-) and value trust, understanding, intelligence and humour in other people.

I'm a bit of a nerd, so like to dive into topics to find out more - plus that nerdiness bleeds into my love for science fiction.

Religion hasn't ever been a part of my life, I prefer to reference morality and ethics as a guide to living well. I respect everyone for who they are, regardless of belief system.

Definitely on the introverted side of the spectrum, but in no way extreme - I love to talk to people, but less so in big crowds or busy places. I feel much more comfortable talking one-on-one with people.

I believe it's important to have a strong connection emotionally to a partner, and give the respect and freedom that person deserves to achieve their own goals too. A partnership should be fair and balanced.
