About Me:: Hello! I am a keen sailor and sail round the west of Scotland and manage to spend as much time as I can in and around the islands. Would be nice to share the experience with like minded others who are into all things that are good fun! Love to dive, fly different sorts of aircraft and to cook good food! Good sense of humor and can take a joke if it's on me! Live in the south of France but do all my sailing in Scotland at the moment .....around 6-7 weeks a year.
Sailing Experience:: Round Mull race 4 times, West Highland week 2 times, sailing since I was a lad with my father. Have raced a couple of classic yachts too! I am a very competent engineer on a boat and can fix most things ....diesels....electrics.....pumps etc. Like to sail whether it's raining or not and a demon cook in the galley too!
