I'm 48 and spent most of my life living nowhere near the sea. I've always wanted to learn to sail but never knew anyone that shared that interest. Aviation and flying was and still is my passion but the interest in learninf to sail has never left.
I'm now in a position where i'm single and live near the sea but don't know anyone that sails. I am probably going to do all my training at some point but it would be good to meet someone either that already sails or is interested in learning too.
I have a dog, work as a design engineer and am 6'3" so will probably be bumping my hear a lot on a boat.
- Sailing Experience:
- Not much, I did buy a boat to learn to sail in but spent more time doing it up than sailing. I have been out a few time but looking to build experience before doing my qualifications.
