I′m not after a Mac-Love, life is too precious to waste in a hurry...

Beauty is only skin deep and even tough I must admit that would be nice to wake up every day next to a woman with beautiful eyes and a gorgeous smile, I much rather wake up next to someone that is trustworthy, respectable and loving. Having said that, if I happen to find a woman that is trustworthy, respectable and loving she also happens to have gorgeous eyes and a nice smile, those eyes and smile will not be reason for rejection.
I′m looking for a lady that looks after herself, but she is not obsessed with it. Someone that is mature enough to understand that a fulfilling relationship requires constant hard work and commitment and is willing to spend the time getting to know each other instead of just jumping in bed together.
Some people are born premature, I was born at least two hundred years too late. Most times I feel I do not fit in this century. I have friends that find acceptable to “impress” a lady with a dinner at an expensive restaurant. My point of view is that if I wanted to impress a lady, I should use good manners, politeness, and educated entertainment rather than just spend money. If I was going to offer a lady some dinner, I believe it would be of much higher worth if I prepared it myself.
I have also known people that believe they need to try everything, in that regard, I feel very much like Nietzsche. He said “There are quite a few things I do not want to know about. Wisdom set bounds even to knowledge”. That is why I have never used any drugs nor will use in the future and why there are some people (And activities) that I prefer to stay away from.
I have friends that believe they can find a life long partner in a pub. I wonder what kind of life they expect, considering that they are probably going to wake up together having no idea who each other is.......Is that the way to find a life long partner in the twenty first century?
Of course there are some (And I know will be the most) that will find my point of view laughable. I′m certainly not for them and they are not for me, but considering that I′m looking for only one, for someone that will make my heart skip a beat each time her voice reaches my ears and will send me to heaven with a single smile, I have no reason to care for those that try to ridicule me. I pity their poor souls, their lack of ability to dream and above all their inability to pursue their dreams.
One more thing. I'm not religious and that is a choice I have made based on analysis and logic. If that is a problem for you, please do not contact me. If you think you can convert me, I'm definitively not for you.
And I'm not willing to take Pascal's wager. I think it is cowardice and would be a huge lack of confidence in my ability to think clearly.
