Recently separated, I would describe myself as being fiercely loyal,down to earth, intelligent, passionate (with the right woman) no airs or graces, industrious and dependable with a good sense of humour. I am never happier than when I am close to or on the water. I would love to meet someone to share the adventure of finding and preparing a ten or so meter (11 yards old money) boat to sail down to the Greek islands from the Essex coast, across the channel to France, then port hop the whole way down and once there, take a view. This is a new chapter in my life and I would envisage that going forward it would be practical to split each year between sailing and living here in the Uk. It would be great to set sail with a kind hearted tactile girlfriend who shares the same dream and would relish getting involved from the get go to help with the planning etc.
