Recent empty-nester looking to get back to Sailing. I live in Utah near the ski resorts and would love the best of both worlds. I'm self employed so I have the flexibility to make it work. I'm easy going and love to travel. I'll be in New Zealand, Jan-Mar 2020. It would be nice to meet someone while I'm there.

I was inexperienced but signed up to crew on a 40ft Cutter sailing from the US to Australia when I was in my 20's. It was an adventure following the trade winds across the South Pacific and took nearly 8 months exploring the islands. The ship had no engine and 19th century rigging. It was primitive and extraordinary. I'm not sure how much I remember in sailing skills but I'm a quick study.
