At first light,my hope was to simply have fun sailing with someone.Now I am also seeking a friend to travel/adventure with in a very leisurely fashion.A passion for the sea has always been a part of my life.I have either lived near the sea and or sailed on the sea most of my life;except when living in London,England.I returned to Maine a year ago after living on a beautiful volcanic lake in the highlands of Central America for the last three years.I have been researching a book which I am writing.Sadly,this world treasure of a lake ,which was in sight of my house,is badly contaminated,so sailing and swimming were not a "healthy choice" in a dying lake. Thus,my current presence here in Maine,within seconds of Casco Bay.So, living steps from the sea,I now welcome any friends whose boat is here in the Marina.I will treat you to dinner at one of my favorite restaurants overlooking the clear waters of Maine.If you are not here,but are situated in warm waters, perfecto! Aside from fun and relaxation,I love to cook,and to eat! To me,every meal should be a celebration of life. Having spent the last few years in a country where all things are manana,I prefer and am comfortable and patient with a no time frame,relaxed and leisurely life.
