I am Kate and I like to live life fully! I see life as a beautiful journey full of growth and adventure. Life is truly a precious gift and a short ride. So why not do what you love and create an amazing life everyday! I live on 25 acres in our hand built home with thriving vegetable, permaculture gardens of abundance, tucked in the Blue Ridge mountains. I love my mountain home, but my heart is equally at home with the ocean. I have founded and run two thriving business’s and am currently transitioning into new work around creating spiritual adventure retreats for women focused on nature connection, mindfulness and breath-work. I have two daughters ages 17 and 11, which bring me great joy. One of my favorite places on the planet is Cabo Matapalo, a surfing and wildlife meca, in a very remote part of Costa Rica. I love paddle boarding, hiking, adventuring, snorkeling, yoga, meditation, nature photography, sailing of course and anything to do with the ocean. You’ll often find me just floating in turquoise water, as that is my bliss. We live on a sacred living planet and I’m in awe and find much gratitude in the beauty of the natural world. I’m a passionate, quick and eager learner that immerses myself fully into whatever I’m passionate about. I would love to dive into learning to sail more and live on the water. If your up for a willing, uplifting, joyful, enthusiastic, can do person to jump aboard and learn and be part of the team, I’m game.

With friendships and crewing I’m totally open. However, when it comes to dating- if personal and spiritual growth are not your focus, then we probably are not the right fit for each other.
