Professional, cute, kind, very outgoing, adventurous! One of a kind gal with the notion that there is lasting romance with the perfect fit. I have been described as "sporty" yet, feminine...optimistic and well grounded.

I am fiscally responsible, goal oriented, and, organized. I am detail minded with a great deal of practical, common sense. I am extremely patient and all-giving. I am fascinated with people and their life's experiences.

I have a love for nature and being near water. My surroundings often provide harmony and tranquility; whether it is in the mountains, in the woods, or, on the water. I love sailing, gardening, flying and aviation, house projects, architecture, cooking gourmet, photography, camping, fishing, jogging, bicycling.

My choice of music includes classic rock and smooth jazz. Some of my favorite things are: the Iowa State Fair, Northern Wisconsin and Michigan, Lake Michigan, the Adriatic Sea, FBO's (if you know aviation), Dubuque; where my relatives farm, hydrangeas, a well hidden bed and breakfast and winery, the colors green, blue and yellow.

I have lived an extraordinary life and would like to find someone who thinks they have also! It's our faith, family and friends, who help remind us to give thanks for all we have and how grounded we are.... and that it is the simple things that give us the most satisfaction. It is great to have reached a point in life (after 50) to realize how happy we can become loving ourselves first, and, well, wouldn't it be grand to have lived the next part of the journey in good company?

I am an empty nester and raised three wonderful children. Ready for early retirement end of the year. Would like to be near the water and warmer climate. Recently sold my Hunter 40 on Lake Michigan and looking forward to boat ownership again, soon.
