Well I suppose at this point I'm pretty much checking this out. As I'm nearing retirement I'm starting to get serious about the boat that I've always wanted and the far off destinations that I've dreamed of traveling to. Not sure if I'm looking just for crew, friends, companion, or the love of my life! Like I said, I'm just checking this out.

I purchased my first boat when I was just 8 years old and have owned a boat or boats, mostly power boats ever since. My sailing experience has pretty much been limited to sailing my 30' sloop off the east coast of Florida and bareboat chartering in the Bahama's, the Key's, and Great Lakes. I'm probably not that experienced but then again "Captain Ron" is my favorite movie!!!
