This week it was revealed that the SuperYacht A is the world’s largest sailing yacht. Measuring in at 468ft in length and 300ft in height the SuperYacht A is estimated to be worth an astronomical £260 million. Owned by Russian billionaire Andrey Igorevich Melnichenko the yacht has eight floors and an underwater observation room.
Southampton Boat Show 2015 runs from Friday 11th September until Sunday 20th September at the Mayflower Park, Southampton.

When we think about pirates, plenty of images spring to mind – from walking the plank to barrels of grog, tropical Caribbean island hideaways, and chests overflowing with gold. However, the fascinating history of Chinese piracy is less well known.
