I am semi retired . I grew up in Scotland and live in Ontario , Canada.I have been travelling the world for the past 6 years in the Canadian winters. Currently I’m in Mauritius living on a COVID free island enjoying kitesurfing ,hiking and the local culture. I am spiritual and practice yoga and meditation .I am a teacher of yoga and am a involved with holistic health . I enjoy keeping fit ... I love the outdoors and am young at heart. Love sailing. This past October sailed in the French Riviera.
