I’m a water-loving German expat who moved to Southern California in 2017 after a long stop on the East Coast (Atlanta). My love for the water started with windsurfing in Europe’s summer hotspots (Spain and Holland), and while I’ve never quite mastered surfing, you can often find me happily watching the waves from the shores of Laguna Beach or anywhere along the SoCal coast.
In 2018, I took a Harbor 20 course at the Balboa Yacht Club and fell head over heels for sailing. Whether it’s a leisurely paddleboard around the harbor or a weekend cruise to Catalina Island, being on the water is truly my happy place. One of my most cherished adventures was cruising French Polynesia to the Marquesas aboard a 55’ catamaran.
When I’m not on the water, I’m an animal lover who works remotely as an organizational development consultant and executive coach. I help tech companies shape inclusive cultures, create leadership journeys, and coach C-suite leaders 1:1 to navigate challenges and grow. - Sailing Experience:

Cruising to Catalina Island's Emerald Bay and Whites Cove, weekend cruises to the Channel Islands, USVi / BVI on a Bali 5.4 Cat, a 3.5 months cruise from Tahiti to Hiva Oa on a 55 Cat, and some really fun adventure sailing from Oahu across the Kaiwi Channel to Molokai, Lanai and Maui, all mostly in 'the princess seat" :-)
