About Me:: Currently single-handed sailing the Leeward
Islands of the Caribbean West Indies.
Although I can easily sail by myself, I like to have a female companion for crew and friendship. I prefer to have someone with some sailing/boating experience, though I'm a good and patient teacher of needed skills.
I'm quite healthy, physically fit, and endeavor to stay that way through exercise and living an active life. But, I also enjoy my times of relaxation and contemplation. In short, I'm very easy to live with.
Sailing Experience:: I'm on my fourth sailboat, this time a Lagoon 400 39' catamaran. I've been sailing off and on since 1984 in Alaska, the Bahamas, the Virgin Islands, and the Caribbean. I've been retired since 2002 and am enjoying spending the winter months away from the cold of the Pacific Northwest.
