Speed Dating in Salisbury for the New Year

Chris Stanbury, a friend of Lovesail, is running a charity speed dating event in Salisbury in the New Year.  He is offering two FREE tickets to the first man and women that sign up before Monday 12th January.  Just contact him using the details below and quote the code LOVESAIL.

Speed Dating for Grown-Ups

Sounds like an oxymoron doesn’t it, but why should youngsters have all the fun.

Most people think of 20-30-year-olds when you mention speed dating.  Chris thought it was about time the balance was tilted in favour of the more mature person looking for a partner so he’s come up with an interesting idea.  Chris is chairman of the local support group for Hope and Homes for Children.  His brainchild is to hold a speed dating event in Salisbury on January 15th 2015 for 40(ish) to 60(ish) year olds.  Tickets cost £20 and the proceeds are in aid of the Hope and Homes charity.

Being flexible about the age range should encourage more people to attend the event.  In fact, you won’t have to tell anyone your age at all if you’d rather not.  Just come along and give it a go, who knows you could meet a potential friend or partner.

The evening will be a fun event where each person will spend 4 minutes talking with every person of the opposite sex.  There will also be a chance to mingle at the bar before and after the formal sessions.  Ideal for those wishing to meet potential partners or just make new friends whilst at the same time helping a marvellous charity.

If you’d like to attend the event then email Chris at dating@cravenplan.co.uk or call 01747 858016 to register.

This Speed Dating event is not being run by Lovesail.com.  We are friends with Chris and it is being organised as a charity event.  We offered to help spread the word to the Lovesail members to hopefully help raise money for the Hopes and Homes charity.
